We understand that plans change, and we ask that you let us know of any changes or cancellations at your earliest convenience. Because we reserve time slots specifically for your home, short-notice cancellations carry a fee: less than 24 hours’ notice is charged at 25% of the scheduled clean, and same-day cancellations at 50%.

We offer flexible entry options to suit your schedule. You can arrange for us to collect a spare key the day before or on the morning of the clean. Alternatively you can leave your key in a designated secure location, such as a lockbox or a safe place on the property, and let us know the details before we arrive.

No. Many of our clients are busy parents or professionals who prefer to provide a key or access details so they can return to a freshly cleaned home.
